Cost Details for 4W 2010

Basic Registration

The base cost of registration for 4W 2010 is $200.00 USD. The base cost rises to $225.00 for payments postmarked later than Jan 15th, and any payments made at the door must be for $250.00. This does not apply to lunch tickets.

For payments mailed or paid by PayPal today, the base cost is: $225.00.

Optional Items

The following optional items are also available.

• Three-Day Lunch Pass ($21.00 USD)
  Lunches at 4W are served on-site at a price of $7 per meal. In order to avoid shuffling for change and standing in line, you may pre-pay for lunch when you register. Lunches include sandwiches, soda, chips and salad. Vegetarian options available.
• Ticket for the 4W Opening-Night Dinner ($25.00 USD)
  This year, in place of our usual Medivaissance Feast, 4W is offering an opening-night dinner hosted at 4W's suggested hotel, the Nexus Seattle, and catered by the Saffron Grill. In light of the economy, we hope that the lower price will help more folks to attend. The 4W staff eats at the Saffron Grill on a regular basis, and can attest to that fact that it is some good eatin'. Vegetarians should have no trouble. Also, while the dinner price does not include alcohol, the Nexus has kindly allowed us to host this as a BYOB function (see the 4W map for locations to buy YOB).

Payment Methods

Payment options are presented at the end of the registration process. You may pay for your 4W registration either by:

• mailing a check - Please be sure to print and include the registration slip provided at the end of the registration process. This will help ensure your payment is credited properly.
• PayPal - Just follow the "Pay now with PayPal" link at the end of the registration process.
